How do I submit a project for Architectural Review?

Please use our ARB submission form. A member or members of the Architectural Review Board will arrange a site visit (if necessary) and get in touch with you about next steps to approve your project.

How do I know what I am allowed to do and what requires permission at my Summerfield Property?

Please refer to the Quick Reference Use Restrictions for a short overview. For a more comprehensive reference, refer to the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants.

What is being done to address speeding on our streets?

Any homeowner may contact Horry County Police Department, 843-915-5350, to speak with the Community Service Officer to ask for help with the speeders in our community. You may have to leave a message but the officer will call you back.

How do I report a complaint about a neighbor's property?

We encourage you to first contact your neighbor directly about any dispute you may have regarding the maintenance of their property and adherence to our covenants and restrictions. We believe most homeowners desire to live in harmony with their neighbors and will address concerns appropriately when approached with civility and understanding. If after doing so you still wish to submit a complaint for mediation with the Covenants committee, you may do so on our Contact page or by sending email to office@summerfieldpoa.org.

Who do I contact about...?

The Summerfield Business Directory has a list of places to contact about everything from lawncare to cable service to trash collection and more. You can help others by adding businesses to the directory that have been a help to you and your family.

Where do I send mail to the POA?

Fines, dues, messages, questions or other correspondence may be dropped in the small black mailbox at the entrance to Summerfield (no postage necessary), or sent via mail to: Summerfield POA 110 Whispering Oaks Dr. Longs, SC 29568

If you have a question you feel should be added to this list, please contact us.
